Some Tips...

1. Eat Healthy.

2. Although may feel dangerous, it isn't

3. Share with others, your experiences.

4. Sleep Paralysis is most common whilst sleeping on your back. Try avoid sleeping this way!

5. Always stay relaxed, it only lasts a few seconds or minutes.

6. Inhale deeply

7. Keep a proper sleeping schedule

8. When in a state of paralysis, concentrate on trying to move or shake.

9. Just keep reminding yourself it is a medical phenomena.

10. Do not associate it with ghosts/demons, it will only make it worse.

Many perceptions associated with sleep paralysis (visceral buzzing, loud sounds, adrenal mental state, presences, and the paralysis itself) also constitute a common phase in the early progression of episodes referred to as out of body experiences. Mental focus varies between the two conditions; paralysis sufferers tend to fixate on reestablishing operation of the body, whereas subjects of out-of-body episodes are more occupied by perceived non-equivalence with the body.
